Ways to train

Training that
stays with you.

Every lesson has a purpose. We will talk through the why, fly the maneuver, and debrief what you actually felt—not just whether the box got checked.

Primary flight training

I’m Jonathan Martin—a Commercial Pilot, Instrument-rated pilot, and Certified Flight Instructor with a background in aviation operations, mechanical systems, industrial maintenance, and team leadership.

That technical background shapes how I teach. I want you to understand what the airplane is doing, feel when it changes, and make good decisions before a small problem becomes a big one. The goal is not simply to complete a maneuver. It is to leave you with a skill you can recognize and use on your own.

How a lesson works

Brief. Fly. Debrief.
Keep the lesson.

01

Set the objective

We start with your experience, your goals, and the specific skill that will make today’s flight worthwhile.

02

Build good repetitions

Clear demonstrations, coached practice, and enough room for you to feel what works—not just copy control movements.

03

Debrief honestly

We finish with what changed, what to keep practicing, and a simple next step you can take into your next flight.
